Step 2: Wear for 5–60 Minutes
Leave on for a minimum of 5 minutes, or wear comfortably under a bra for up to 1 hour—or until the pad naturally dries out.
Step 3: Store Between Uses
After use, return the pad to its base tray and secure the lid. Place it back inside the resealable sachet to keep it clean and ready for next time.
